• Check-in is standard between 16:00 and 18:00
  Check-out is standard between 08:00 and 10:00

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. In case of early arrival or late departure, each hour is charged at 10% of the daily cost of accomodation.

• Please note, the following surcharges apply for late check-in:
  EUR 10 after 20:00
  EUR 20 after 22:00

The inventory is at your disposal in the appartment. Any remark can be reported within the hour of check-in. Damages or missing items that were not reported in time will be considered as damage done by the guest and will be charged. So please take 5 minutes of your time to check the inventory when you arrive.

• SHEETS AND TOWELS: included in the price. We provide:
  2 kitchen towels for your hands, 2 kitchen towels for the dishes, 2 dish cloths, 4 little bathtowels, 4 normal bathtowels, 4 large bathtowels and 2 showermats.

• ELECTRICITY: 15 kw/day use of electricity in included in the price. This is a normal use and sufficient if you close all doors and windows when airco or heating is on. Hoewever, if you put airco temperature very low and leave all windows open the whole day, the included KwH will not be sufficient and the overuse will be charged at 0.40 euro / kwh. There is a counter so you can monitor your use of electricity during your stay.

• WIFI: The wifi can only be used for legal activities. It is not allowed to use the network for illegal up- or downloads, neighter for illegal internet activities.

• BEACH FURNITURE: There are two sunbeds, two folding chairs and an umbrella you can use to take away to the beach (or use at the swimmingpool if all other furniture is occupied). Please put them every evening back in the basement storage room.

• PARTYS OR EVENTS are not allowed in the apartment nor at the entire residence. It is not allowed to invite other guest to the apartment other than the ones stated in your booking.

• ANIMALS are not allowed

• SMOKING is not allowed inside but you can smoke sigarettes on the two terraces of the apartment. It is not allowed to smoke in the garden or at the swimming pool.

• DRUGS: The use of drugs (softdrugs / harddrugs) is never allowed in the apartment, at the terraces or at the entire residence.

• THE USE OF GLASS AT THE SWIMMINGPOOL OR JACUZZI is not allowed for safety reasons. There are plastic cups available for softdrinks or champagne which you can use in the garden.

• CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION are not allowed to use the elevators, swimming pool, jacuzzi or play in the garden (under the age of 16 years).

• NOISE Please respect the silence in the residence between 22:00 and 08:00. Loud music in the apartment, on the terrace or in the garden is never allowed.

• WILD PARKING in the garage on other spots then parking nr 5, or parking outside the lines.

• SOCIAL DISTANCE: ensure a minimum safety distance of 1.5m between users. If this is not possible: wear a mask in the common spaces, as well as at the entrance of the facilities

• DESINFECT: use hydroalcoholic gel at the access of the facility and before the use of showers. All chairs and tables must be cleaned after each use. A virucidal product will be provided

• SHOWER before & after Jacuzzi and pool is compulsory.

• PERSONAL ITEMS must remain within your space, at least 1.5m from other people's belongings.

• SYMPTOMS: if you present symptoms that may be characteristic of covid, do not use the facilities (garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi)

• CAPACITY:
  - Max 5 people inside the pool at the same time
  - Max 10 people in the pool area at the same time
  - Max 2 people in the jaccuzzi
  - No additional sunbeds allowed

• TOWELS: use a towel on the chairs

Our keyholder will be at your disposal during your stay in Casa Jo. If you lock yourself out (or for any other reason by your mistake) you need extra services of the keyholder, these will be charged at 24 euro / extra intervention.

Please fully lock all windows and doors at night or when you are not in the apartment (away or at the swimming pool).

• Please wash the dishes and empty the dishwasher

• Don't leave any opened food in the refridgerator or appartement

• Bring all trash to the container.

(These services are not included in the cleaning cost. If necesary they will be charged to you in a supplement of 10 euro / 15 min)
